Bookwish reserves the right to refuse/ decline claims unless a prior return facility has been negotiated with our Sales and Marketing Department.
No returns, unless otherwise discussed with the sales department, will be accepted on items unless damaged, misbound or supplied in error.
Bookwish will accept returns of its items on the following conditions:
The returns request must be received between 14 days from the date of delivery.
the book should be in its original condition, unused and with no damage or markings.
Customers are to provide a reason for the return.
The customer will need to send an email to orders@bookwish.co.za requesting the reason for the return, and a form will be sent to you to be filled out and a courier will be sent to collect the items.
The full cost of any means of transport relating to the returns shall be borne by the Customer (unless the error was on the part of the supplier).
Bookwish will clarify whether the customer is eligible for a full refund to the original payment method or if they would like to opt for an exchange for a different book or store credit.
Damaged and misbound stock, as well as oversupplied and incorrect deliveries must be reported to Bookwish within five (5) days of delivery and Bookwish will arrange for these items to be returned to the warehouse for credit.
Returns must be sent to the Bookwish head office (address listed below). No returns will be accepted at head office and will not accept responsibility for returns sent to the incorrect address.
